My name is Lillian Bengtson, and I am originally from Portland, Oregon. I earned my B.A. in Psychology from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington, and am currently in my second year of the Clinical Psychology Ph.D. program! My primary research interests include maternal-child relationships and the potential effects of trauma on individual development. I am interested in how maternal trauma can affect not only the psychosocial aspects of a mother-child relationship, but also how it may affect an infant's physical development. In my free time, I enjoy hiking and backpacking in the great outdoors, cooking, reading, and spending time with the people I love.
